The Atholville Canadian Tire Cardinals felt short last night in Bathurst, loosing 1-0 in the bottom of the 7th inning. Jason LeBlanc hit the game winning double with one out to hand the Cardinals there first lose of the season.
Chris Flann pithced a complete game, allowing 1 earned run, 2 hits, striking out 4 batters and walking 5. Andrew Collins got the win for Bathurst, allowing 5 hits in a complete game effort.
The Cards will be back in action Thursday night in Atholville. Game time is at 8 pm and Petit Rocher Braves will be the visiting team.
